Tchaikovsky, artistic director of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic Society, Vice-President of the Authors Council of the All-Russian Public Organization Russian Authors Society, Honorary Chairman of the Council of the Union of Composers of Russia<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Guild of Composers is a fundamentally new trade union of musicians that unites composers from different regions of Russia.
