Flute Festival after Y.N. Dolzhikov will be held with the support of RMU

From October 31 to November 3 on the basis of the Central Music School at Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory the III Flute Festival of Y.N. Dolzhikov, will take place dedicated to the outstanding musician, composer, professor of Moscow State Conservatory, Honored Artist of the RSFSR Yuri Nikolayevich Dolzhikov. Russian Musical Union is a partner of the event.

The organizers of the Festival are the Charitable Foundation for the Development of Culture named after Y.N. Dolzhikov, Russian Musical Society, and Central Music School at the Moscow State Conservatory.

The Festival program includes master classes and concerts by prominent flute players from Russia and abroad. Among them, the president of the Charitable Foundation named after Y.N. Dolzhikov, soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra E.O. Dolzhikova, teacher and head of the International Music Academy M. Kosh (Austria), Honored Artist of the RSFSR, professor of the Moscow State Conservatory, one of the best students of Y.N. Dolzhikov A.M. Golyshev, Dean of the Faculty of Historical and Contemporary Performing Arts, Professor of the Moscow State Conservatory in Flute Class O.V. Khudyakov, laureate of international competitions, soloist of GASO named after E. Svetlanov, E.L. Yakovlev, laureate of international competitions, graduate of the Conservatory of Basel (Switzerland) E.K. Shpalinger.
