The organizing Committee of the “Pure Sound” International Award announces that the qualifying vote will be extended
Due to the large number of applications for participation in the “Pure Sound” International Award for the best audio recording of Russian academic music submitted in 2020 and 2021 in eight nominations and which successfully passed the stage of technical examination, the organizing committee of the Award decided to extend the term of the qualifying vote.
The jury of the qualifying stage, which includes musicologist and composer Roman Berchenko, sound engineers Pavel Lavrenenkov, Gennady Papin, Mikhail Spassky, music critics Vladimir Dudin and Ilya Ovchinnikov, as well as the host of the music programs of Radio Russia, Lyudmila Osipova, will continue their work until the end of June.
The shortlist will be published on the Award official website by July 5, 2021.
The Award Ceremony for the winners selected by the final vote of the jury will take place on September 3, 2021, in the hall of the School of Modern Play Theater.
