Russian Musical Union, Russian Union of Composers and "The Musical Life" magazine will hold "Journalists Readings"

From March 29 to March 31, 2021, Moscow will host the second “Journalists Readings” – a workshop for young journalists, musicologists, and cultural experts. The project is organized by Russian Musical Union with the support of Russian Union of Composers and “The Musical Life” critical publicist magazine.

The aim of the project is to raise the level of training of young specialists and to acquaint them with different facets of the profession of a journalist. The seminar includes lectures by curators, as well as analysis of the texts of active participants (reviews, interviews, press releases, news and announcements).

The curators of the “Journalists Readings 2021” are the editor-in-chief of “The Musical Life” magazine Evgenia Krivitskaya; the “Radio Russia” columnist Olga Rusanova; the “Izvestia” newspaper columnist Sergey Uvarov; the press secretary of the Moscow Musical Theater named after Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Irina Gorbunova.

This year, the project opens its pages on social networks, where the works of the participants will be posted. The best works will also be published on the website of “The Musical Life” magazine.
