The guild’s activities are aimed at professional consolidation, strengthening and developing ties with representatives of society, maintaining the authority of music critics and journalists as experts shaping artistic tastes and public opinion.
Guild Tasks:
- preservation and development of the best traditions of Russian music criticism and journalism, study and use of international experience in these fields;
- participation in the development and implementation of quality standards in the field of music science, music criticism and journalism;
- assistance and participation in professional development and professional training of specialists engaged in the field of music criticism and journalism.
